In the first week of 2023, our internationally renowned construction partners Lendlease, hit the ground running to bring our vision to make Martins an unequalled work and social space, to life.
The first phase of our restoration involves establishing a secure and safe construction site for works to take place. This is the first time since 1932 the building has undergone such a large scale scheme of upgrades. So this really is a big moment for the building.
Our restoration of Martins is on track to be completed in 2024. Follow the journey as we transform this historic jewel into a hybrid mix of work, social and restaurant space.
