Southport College offers free customer service training to local businesses

Southport College has launched an exciting new customer service initiative in partnership with Southport Town Deal and is inviting local employers to join in.

Local businesses, however big or small can take advantage of a free half-day course, all about building brilliant customer service.

It is suitable for any customer-facing employees, is tailored to the needs of the individual business and can be delivered either at their premises or at the college depending on numbers.

Lots of companies have already participated since Christmas including Mikhail Hotel and Leisure Group, the Waterfront Hotel and just this week, The Southport Learning Trust.

Feedback has been excellent with delegates really enjoying the sessions and picking up lots of new skills to take back to their workplaces.

Everyone who completes the course receives a personal certificate and a “Customer Experience Champion’ pin badge to wear at work, plus there’s a framed certificate for the employer to proudly display, showing their commitment to customer service excellence.
