Natalie joins the LJLA team with new travel trade role


Liverpool John Lennon Airport has appointed Natalie Mackay to the new position of Travel Trade Executive helping to develop the airport’s relationship with the travel trade across the Liverpool City Region, the North West and North Wales.

Having worked in the travel industry for over 25 years, Natalie joins the team at the airport bringing a wealth of experience, with the past 5 years spent working as a Branch Manager at the Liverpool Kirkby branch of Hays Travel.

The recent growth in services and operators at Liverpool John Lennon Airport alongside the Airport’s award winning customer service means that more and more of the region’s travellers are now choosing to fly from Liverpool. Natalie’s work over the coming weeks and months will be to ensure that the region’s travel trade know all about the latest airport developments and the benefits of flying from Liverpool to help with the service they offer when dealing with customers who may be considering flying from Liverpool perhaps for the first time.
