SMEs with annual turnover of less than 50m euros can access LJMU talent through 2 routes:
Helps companies solve a particular problem in a short term 140-hour project, with LJMU covering 100% of recruitment and salary costs.
Companies can employ a recent LJMU graduate to work within their business and start their career journey. LJMU cover 50% of recruitment and salary costs.
LJMU Graduate Futures is a £2.4m project funded through the European Social Fund, providing opportunities to increase graduate retention through collaboration, joint-working and knowledge transfer partnerships across the Liverpool City Region eco-system.
Our project works hand-in-hand with SMEs (under 250 employees with an annual turnover under 50m euros) to deliver funding solutions by talent matching them to our students and graduates.
