Three ways of working to suit your business

No two organisations are the same. So you get a recruitment strategy tailored to your exact requirements. Together, we’ll identify the best ways of working to get the right candidates at the right time. We do what we say, and we deliver results.

Our 3 core offerings are:


This is the most widely known type of recruitment service – essentially a ‘no win no fee’ agreement.

With an ‘exclusive’ agreement, we support you with a specific role for a set time and, in return, you get a reduced fee. There’s no outlay up-front, and payment is only payable upon successful placement.

Without exclusivity, we would work in the same way but without the reduced fee.


This is determined on a role-by-role basis. It involves part of the fee being paid upfront with the remainder paid following a successful placement. You’ll get the full focus of a dedicated recruitment partner and regular contact. A longlist and shortlist are provided within agreed timeframes along with notes as to why each candidate is a strong fit. The recruitment partner can be present at the interviews to provide a non-biased opinion from an external point of view. They also spend time accessing passive talent as well as suitable active candidates.


Embedded recruitment means we operate as an ‘internal recruitment team’ and an extension of the business. You get a dedicated recruitment partner for an agreed period (i.e. 3 months +). With an embedded recruitment partner, you’ll get the sole focus of a recruitment partner who understands the values of the organisation. They’ll represent the business in the market as an employee and drive a strong employer value proposition to build your brand in the market.

Your assigned talent partner will assist with everything from initial briefings with hiring managers right through to candidates starting in their new roles. This includes acting as an internal subject matter expert in talent attraction, recruitment process definition, candidate experience, staff retention, recruitment system implementation and offer management. This is a cost-effective way to hire for companies experiencing high growth who need a streamlined.
