A £1.2m funding package from Regency Factors have improved the weather

A £1.2m funding package from Regency Factors have improved the weather at our new client. Recently, we started working with an interest in bad weather. With combined experience of over 40 years in all aspects of lightning protection and earthing systems. They install, test and maintain lightning protection and earthing systems across various sectors of industry such as hotels and police stations.

The client was seeking a provider who had a strong understanding of their business model and future growth requirements as they felt that they had outgrown their previous provider, as they had already given notice to their incumbent provider, they needed a financier who could work quickly to the deadline. Our team worked together to tailor a package of invoice finance, trade finance and bad debt protection, in the event of non-payment or insolvency of customers.

Commenting on their new finance arrangements the Managing Director said:

“I was impressed by regular updates from Regency and the speed at which they could move to put a proposal in place, they truly understand our business model which is an asset in itself to our business. We have achieved 20% growth through the ability to pitch for new business”

Corporate Sales Laura Ramsden noted

“Communication was key to provide the correct solution to the business and in a timely manner. The close relationship we built with the team during this process allowed this to happen, this is a great example of how our funding package can help propel the growth of a business. With a guaranteed supply of working capital to purchase goods from suppliers, our client can only go from strength to strength”
