We want you to join us for THE business event of the year.

The Liverpool and Sefton Chambers of Commerce Annual Dinner and Awards returns on Thursday 2nd November at the fantastic Rum Warehouse, hosted by actor and environmentalist Simon O'Brien.

The Chamber’s Annual Dinner is one of the most prestigious black-tie business events in the City Region. With over 400 guests expected to attend, the dinner provides a fantastic platform to nurture relationships with existing clients and colleagues, and to network with some of the most influential business leaders in the Region.

We are delighted to announce our Keynote Speaker for the evening is Sir Charlie Mayfield, Chairman of John Lewis partnership.

Sir Charlie Mayfield became John Lewis Partnership’s fifth Chairman in March 2007. He joined the Partnership in 2000 as Head of Business Development and became Managing Director of John Lewis in 2005, prior to taking up his appointment as Chairman of the Partnership in March 2007. He received a knighthood in June 2013 for services to business.

Sir Charlie will be giving his unique insight on John Lewis’ commitment to corporate responsibility. The employee-owned retailer has looked at carbon emissions, health and wellbeing and responsible sourcing in business supply chains.

Continuing the theme, this year’s Chamber Business Awards will recognise the achievements of local businesses who have put responsible business at the heart of their activities. We want to celebrate both large and small companies who have made a real impact in their local communities, on the local environment and for their own employees.

Our Awards will be launched on Monday 17th July 2017. This will be an excellent opportunity for you to share your successes with other businesses across the city region as well as rewarding those in your team who have pushed the boundaries and demonstrated real commitment and innovation.

Early Bird tickets are now available for the dinner, costing £900 per table of 10 and £95 per person for Chamber members. Book online here or email

We have a number of exciting sponsorship opportunities available at the event. For more details please email
