Our best ideas comes when we are not engaged with the outside world.

Meditation is a tool for inward focus and can help us to:

  • improve our creativity
  • problem solve
  • sustain focus so that we can achieve our goals

During this session we will learn simple meditation techniques to boost our creativity and deal with fear.

The session will be lead by Nicola Forshaw, Director of Mindfit. Nicola is a highly experience Meditation teacher with almost 10 years teaching experience in the workplace and has taught some of the city region’s most senior leaders. Nicola is excited to share her stories, wisdom and knowledge with you.
