Our first session took a place in January where leaders from Diversity, Inclusion and Equality space have been brought together to deliver workshop, that helped attendees with practical solutions to some key areas of their businesses.
This event will be hosted by Chelsea co-founder of Innovate Her (who is a values-led social enterprise based in the North West. They specialise in education and coaching. They’re dedicated to our cause, which was born out of personal lived experiences of the Co-Founders) and is aimed to:
Guide an open discussion about inclusion, specifically focusing on Allyship and what Allyship looks like within and outside of our workspaces.
Explore what it means to be an ally and to support others.
Create actions as to what you can do to become a better ally.
Lunch will be provided just before the discussion so it will set you up for the discussion. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
